Schema.org checks
The Schema Markup Validator helps examine Schema.org structure and vocabulary. A valid Schema.org entity is not necessarily eligible for any Google rich-result feature.
Google feature tests
The Google Rich Results Test checks Google's supported rich-result formats and can help reveal feature-specific problems. Even passing it does not guarantee an actual result will show.
What our checker adds
Our local tool gives fast readable hints for a curated subset, and a broader dated Google feature catalogue. New catalogue-only entries are not fully validated. It is not a replacement for either official tool or for checking published pages in Search Console.
Frequently asked questions
Answers are educational. FAQ markup does not guarantee Google FAQ rich results.
Are the Schema Markup Validator and Rich Results Test the same?
No. The Schema Markup Validator checks Schema.org structure, while Google Rich Results Test focuses on Google-supported search features.
Does passing both tests guarantee a rich result?
No. Search appearance depends on page content, indexing and Google policies.
