What this tool does

Build branded, browser-local reports from manually entered findings or compatible SSC JSON findings arrays, with Before/After notes and printable exports.

1. Enter client and agency details

Supply the client name, real website URL, agency name, report date and optional contact. Optionally add a small PNG, JPEG or WebP logo. No data is uploaded.

2. Record or import findings

Add explicit pass, info, warning or error findings with evidence and recommended action. Or paste a compatible SSC JSON object containing a findings array. Review imported content carefully.

3. Explain before and after

Use the optional Before and After fields to document proposed or verified changes, including unresolved risks. These are supplied notes, not automatically verified improvement scores.

4. Preview and export

Click Generate client report, review the findings and counts, then download JSON or printable HTML. Print / Save as PDF opens the browser print dialog and prints only the report. Turn off Chrome Headers and footers for a clean client PDF. Clear all fields & results starts a new client report.

Practical example

An agency can document a Product price-format error and a missing recommended image as two separate findings, then explain the proposed correction and remaining validation steps.

Limits and responsible use

The report generator does not crawl websites, validate facts, guarantee search rankings or infer a pass from an empty findings array. PDF uses browser print rather than a server PDF converter; the client remains responsible for checking evidence.

Keep the original markup for comparison. Review facts against the real page, and use the dated Google feature catalogue or official Google Search Central documentation where relevant. A local check is not a search-ranking or rich-result guarantee.

Frequently asked questions

Answers are educational. FAQ markup does not guarantee Google FAQ rich results.

Does the tool automatically audit the client website?

No. It organizes the findings and evidence you supply or explicitly import.

Does an empty findings array mean every check passed?

No. Zero recorded findings is not proof of a clean audit.

Are client details or logos uploaded to a server?

No. Report creation, preview and downloads run in your browser tab.
